Huge shoutout to Dustin Omori and Love Those Dog Paws!!! Adopted 2 bonded dogs a couple of years ago — Dustin graciously guided me through this process. He was extremely diligent in making sure we would all be a good fit. Turns out it has been. A small, but mighty community adoption organization: I highly recommend supporting Dustin’s and LTDP’s commitment to rescuing these deserving creatures. Kudos, Dustin!!!

Aloha! 
     My name Jolene Mears, and I’ve known Dustin Omori for almost a year now. I first met Dustin through KARES, as he was our (future) dog’s foster parent. Lucy lived with Dustin for four weeks prior to meeting us, but loved him so much we asked him if he’d consider being our dog sitter for an upcoming 17-day trip we were taking. 
     Dustin was very thorough and detailed about getting all of the pertinent information/vet paperwork about Lucy prior to us leaving, and took excellent care of her. He carefully followed her feeding schedule, even kindly chopping up fruit we’d left for her as treats. He also went out of his way to purchase a leash for her (after she chewed through hers) and extra snacks (when she ran through hers), took her with him to PETCO for KARES Adoption Day so she could visit with her ‘friends,’ bathed her, provided us with regular pictures/updates on Lucy, helped train her, etc. 
     Leaving your pet with Dustin means you will have the best level of care available for him/her. His home is immaculate inside and out, and communicating with him is very easy through text/emails (he’s very prompt about getting back to you. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Aloha,
I found Dustin on craigslist one day after taking our "Baby Girl" to all of the animal care center in Kona. Been through interviews and site inspection just to observe and see how the surroundings will be, because our dog is like a baby to both my husband and I, our children is grown and on their own.
My youngest daughter, bought Baby Girl home one day, and after decades since I lost my pomerian(s), I never wanted to get attached to another animal, now I have Baby Girl, and its hard just because she is always with me 24/7 and house trained.
therefore when I met Dustin , just his demeanor and meeting with Ellen
it was a positive instinct that I found Someone that met my expectation.
Dustin , has a sweet and awesome personality that Baby Girl, didn't growl , or bark at him.
What made me more comfortable is that reading his reviews it just made me excited and knowing that she will be in good hands while we are away on a trip, and most of all not in a KENNEL.
Dustin is the best ever and I would give him all the ***'s (stars) ever!

My husband and I have known Dustin for two years as a volunteer with a dog rescue and placement organization. 
Dustin fostered many dogs and even the two dogs we adopted.
Dustin is extreme sensitive to dogs. He understands them and is especially skilled with caring for them.
If you are looking for a dog sitter , either during the day or for an extended time while you are away, he would do an excellent job.
We wholeheartedly endorse Dustin. You and your dog will be very pleased .

Hi My name is Marshall Akamu
  I haven't taken a vacation for 4 years because I just can't find the right person to take care of my two babies ( dogs) that I love so dearly. They are my family and my happiness. When I talk to people or family members they tell me, just put them into a kennel.Do you want  to put your babies into a kennel? No ways in hell.They are my babies well trained house dogs and they sleep with me in my bed and they are my company and they make my life worth living.
  I found Dustin ad in the Craigslist section under Pet. When I pulled Dustin web site I discover that I know his twin brother. His twin brother is so kind,gentle,soft spoken and patient. And if his twin brother is like that, I pretty sure Dustin would have the same kind of personality and I was Right. I read his resume that he posted and was very please that Dustin has experience, went to school to learn about dog care. Dustin took that extra step. When I finally met Dustin and spoke to him I was really pleased. Dustin met every expectation I expected.
Dustin took care of my two babies for 9 days. I gave Dustin their daily routine.Ty my oldest takes medication daily and Dustin had no problem administrating the pill. 
  Dustin took them to the park and to Petco for their daily walk.He even bought  a bow for my Nikki. I think they had more fun with Dustin then me because they went outing all the time which usually when they in my care I leave them home because I work during the day.
  When I got home from my vacation and went to pick them up my two babies, I was really happy to see them and I was really happy to see how well cared they were. Dustin you are the Man. Mahalo much for your fine job and for loving my two babies

My name is Hong Murray, and my husband and I just moved here to Big Island August 31st, 2016.  We brought our fur baby, Mollie and she is our everything! Unfortunately, we had to leave the island the following week for work training in Honolulu and could not take Mollie with us. We were very worried about this as we are very protective over her and have never boarded her or left her with anybody besides select family or friends.  We met Dustin and Ellen at the local farmer’s market, where they informed us about his petsitting services, which were very reasonable in price. Mollie met Dustin, and with his demeanor and interaction with Mollie, I was very interested. I liked that she got to meet him and it was just him caring for her, instead of at a boarding facility where there are multiple sitters. Moving and flying here was stressful enough for her. I went home and researched and was very impressed with his credentials and previous references.  We decided to try Dustin out. Communicating with him via text was great from the beginning! He was very responsive in a timely manner and very thorough about the paperwork for Mollie. Of course, dropping her off with him, I was very anxious, as this was the first time we left her with someone new. During her stay with Dustin, he would text me pictures and give me updates about her, which was a relief. He even let her sleep in the bed with him, which she loved. When I picked her up, she was the same ‘ol happy dog. That gave me reassurance that she was WELL cared for. He followed all the instructions that we left for him, especially her strict diet, and she came back with no problems! When Mollie saw Dustin again the following week at the farmer’s market, she was very happy to see him, which further proved that she was in stellar hands! Dropping off and picking her up was very easy, and he was very flexible with the times. 
            We will continue to use Dustin in the future. I am so lucky to have found someone so perfect to care for our baby girl! You will not be disappointed.
